Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times

All Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. (Weekends and holidays are not considered as business days)

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping rates

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout


Delivery estimates

  1. Orders on weekdays: Delivery will be arranged within 24 hours after receiving the order.

Generally, transportation will take 3-18 working days depending on the country.

  1. Weekend Orders: Since the warehouse staff and logistics personnel do not work on weekends, the delivery and transportation can only be arranged on Monday.

Sometimes delivery will be delayed due to holidays or unexpected trouble like weather or detains from the customs. When we ship your order, our system will send you the tracking number via email, and you can also check the trace directly from your account.


Delivery delays can occasionally occur.


The logistics companies we cooperate with: USPS, UPS, Fedex, DHL, 4PX, Royal Mail, etc.

Due to the development of our business, and in line with the purpose of providing better service, we have set up our own warehouses and currently support domestic orders to local country, such as US, EU countries(shipped from Germany), China, which means we can provide a faster logistics than some other companies and you can enjoy your product sooner.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Generally, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). It is normal that the package may not be updated for 1 to 3 days on the way to the courier company. If it has not been updated for a long time, please contact us.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

SVAKOM is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

Damages

If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the warranty to file a claim.


Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


Return or exchange of package

If you need to return the goods, please contact support@svakom.com by email.

Please do not reject or return the goods directly. In addition, the shipping address on the packing box cannot be directly used for return or exchange. We will arrange it for you instantly after checking the situation according to your email.
