MyKey2Orgasm
WELCOME TO #MyKey2Orgasm BY SVAKOM, IN ASSOCIATION WITH MOVEMBER AND BREAST CANCER RESEARCH FOUNDATION (BCRF).

How many of your beautiful Orgasm Faces can we collect?

Our SVAKOM CREW (you can follow us @svakomcrew) are young, energetic and excited to raise awareness about important issues affecting our society. We all have felt the ripple effects of a relative, friend, or neighbor that has suffered from cancer and we want to create this challenge campaign and get viral to make people aware of these important causes and raise money for BCRF and November.

Here are some informative STATISTICS from www.cancer.org

Breast Cancer (US): In 2017, an estimated 252,710 cases of invasive breast cancer were diagnosed among women and 2,470 cases will be diagnosed in men. In addition, 63,410 cases of in situ breast carcinoma were diagnosed among women. Approximately 40,610 women and 460 men died from breast cancer in 2017.
Prostate Cancer: Other than skin cancer, prostate cancer is the most common cancer in American men. The American Cancer Society's estimates for prostate cancer in the United States for 2018 are:

About 164,690 new cases of prostate cancer.
About 29,430 deaths from prostate cancer.

How can we prevent it?

Breast Cancer: Lifestyle changes have been shown in studies to decrease breast cancer risk even in high-risk women. The following are steps you can take to lower your risk:

Limit alcohol. The more alcohol you drink, the greater your risk of developing breast cancer. The general recommendation  based on research on the effect of alcohol on breast cancer risk  is to limit yourself to less than 1 drink per day as even small amounts increase risk.
Don't smoke. Accumulating evidence suggests a link between smoking and breast cancer risk, particularly in premenopausal women. In addition, not smoking is one of the best things you can do for your overall health.
Control your weight. Being overweight or obese increases the risk of breast cancer. This is especially true if obesity occurs later in life, particularly after menopause.
Be physically active. Physical activity can help you maintain a healthy weight, which, in turn, helps prevent breast cancer. For most healthy adults, the Department of Health and Human Services recommends at least 150 minutes a week of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity weekly, plus strength training at least twice a week.
Breast-feed. Breast-feeding might play a role in breast cancer prevention. The longer you breast-feed, the greater the protective effect.

Prostate cancer:
The effects of body weight, physical activity, and diet on prostate cancer risk are not clear, but there are things you can do that might lower your risk, such as:

Eating at least 2 cups of a wide variety of vegetables and fruits each day.
Being physically active.
Staying at a healthy weight.
