How to Use the SVAKOM App guide

The SVAKOM App is the official Bluetooth controller for all SVAKOM interactive toys. It lets you connect, customize, and play anywhere using preset modes, touch control, custom patterns, and long-distance partner control.


 

1. Get Prepared

  • Ensure your SVAKOM toy and smart device are compatible with the SVAKOM App. Your toy is compatible if it has the “APP" sticker on the packaging. You can also check all app-controlled toys here.

  • Your device should run iOS 12.0 or later, or Android 8.0 or later.

2. Download the App

Download the SVAKOM App from the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or the official SVAKOM website.

 

3. Connect Your Toy

  • Activate Bluetooth on your smart device.

  • Open the SVAKOM App. If this is your first time, you will be prompted to create an account by providing your email address and a password. If you've already completed this, you can just log in with those details.

  • Turn on your SVAKOM toy.

  • Tap Connect Now on the app’s launch screen.

 

4. Open Home Screen

The home screen provides:

  • Play: Browse and enjoy interactive modes for your connected toys (don't worry, we'll cover modes in more detail further down!).

  • Products: Explore the full range of toys and accessories. You can buy toys directly in the app with just a couple of taps.

  • Blog: Read articles, guides, and tips on intimacy and wellness.

  • Me: Manage your account, saved modes, and personal settings.

 

5. Choose Mode

All app-controlled toys include Preset Mode and Remote Mode. Available options vary by toy:

  • Preset Mode: Select a preset vibration pattern.

  • Remote Mode: Play with a partner remotely.

  • Music Mode: Sync vibration to music.

  • Touch Mode: Draw your own mode.

  • Custom Mode: Combine preset modes for new patterns.

  • Sound Mode: Sync vibration to environmental sounds.

  • Group Mode: Create groups for two or multiple users.

 

 

6. Preset Mode

  • Depending on your toy, you may see Thrusting Mode, Vibration Mode, or both on your screen.

  • Select any numbered preset mode to start playing.

  • Adjust the intensity to your liking with the intensity bar slider.

  • Tap the Pause button to stop.

  • Tap Play to resume the last mode.

  • Tap Random Play to shuffle modes.

  • If your toy has a light up function, you can switch it on or off by tapping the lightbulb icon. The button will turn purple when it's on, and white when it's off.
  • If your toy has a heating function, you can switch it on or off by tapping the thermometer icon. The button will turn purple when it's on, and white when it's off.

7. Remote Mode

Creating a Room:

  • Your partner must download the SVAKOM App on a compatible device.

  • Tap Create Room.

  • Name your room and tap Create Room.

  • A nine-digit room ID will automatically be created. Tap Share Room ID and send the ID to your desired partner.

  • Your partner taps Long-distance Control > Join Room, enters the ID, and taps Confirm.

  • Your partner can now control your toy!

  • Inside the room, you can use buttons for Video Call, Touch Mode, Music Mode, and Custom Mode.

  • At the bottom of the screen, you can send your partner a message by clicking Send Message, and can provide quick feedback with emojis by clicking Real-time Experience.

  • To leave or stop sharing control, tap the Back (<) button and press Confirm to exit or Cancel to stay.

Joining a Room:

  • If your partner has already created a room and you wish to join, open Remote Mode and select Join Room. Enter the nine-digit room ID and you'll be granted access.

 

8. Music Mode

  • Sync your toy to music using built-in tracks or mp3 files saved on your device. (You may need to give permission in your Settings for the app to access this.)

  • Only mp3 files are supported.

  • Tap the hamburger menu on the right to see your music playlist and select a track.

  • Tap Play to sync the toy to the track.

  • Tap Play/Pause to start or pause both the toy and the music.

  • Use Previous/Next buttons to change tracks.

  • To shuffle tracks, press Shuffle on the left side.
  • Press the same button again to repeat a track.
  • Press the same button again to loop your favorite track.
  • Adjust the intensity to your liking with the intensity bar slider.
  • For help uploading mp3 files, visit support.apple.com or support.google.com.

 

 

9. Touch Mode

  • Tap Start/Stop to begin playing.

  • Use your finger to draw custom patterns on the screen.

  • Tap Start/Stop again when you finish.

  • You'll be asked to create a name for your custom mode. To save, enter a name and tap Confirm; to discard, tap Cancel.

  • Access saved modes under Custom Modes > My Modes. You can also find some pre-made example modes under Examples.

  • To delete a saved mode, tap it, then Confirm.

  • Tap Boost Mode to increase intensity; tap again to turn off.



 

10. Custom Mode

  • You can combine 5 preset modes to create your own custom mode by pressing them in sequence.

  • To create, choose one of the numbered modes presented on your screen. If you'd like to add it to your custom pattern, press the Confirm button.
  • To undo the last addition, tap the Undo button.
  • When the progress reaches 100%, you will see it reflected in the Schedule circle on the right side of the screen.

  • You can see the length of your custom mode in the Time circle on the left side of the screen.

  • Once you're happy with your mode, save it by naming it and tapping Confirm. To discard, tap Cancel.

  • Saved modes appear under My creation.

  • Start or pause a saved mode by tapping its Play/Pause button.

  • Adjust the intensity to your liking with the intensity bar slider.

  • Delete saved modes by tapping them and confirming.

 

 

11. Sound Mode

  • You may be asked to allow the SVAKOM App access to your phone's microphone. Press Allow.

  • Tap Start to sync your toy to environmental sounds; tap again to stop.

  • Adjust microphone sensitivity with the slider bar.

Is there a charge for downloading and installing the SVAKOM App?

No, it's completely free!

 

How do I connect my SVAKOM toy?

Turn on Bluetooth, open the app, and power on your toy. Connection happens automatically.

What if my toy won’t connect?

  • Confirm compatibility and charge the toy.

  • Make sure Bluetooth is enabled and allow app permissions.

  • Restart Bluetooth or the app, or reinstall if needed.

  • Contact support via the app’s Contact Us feature if problems persist.

 

How do I connect my SVAKOM toy to the SVAKOM App?

Enable Bluetooth, open the app, allow permissions, then turn on your toy. The app connects automatically.

 

How long will the app stay connected for after inactivity?

The SVAKOM App doesn't have an automatic disconnect feature. Most devices have a setting that will automatically shut down after 30 minutes of inactivity.

 

How do I connect my toy to my smart device?

If the toy is near your Bluetooth-enabled device and powered on, the app connects automatically.

 

Can I stay connected to the SVAKOM App if I take a phone call at the same time?

No. If you receive an external call and decide to take it, the app will disconnect. You can reconnect it once you finish your phone call.

 

What if the connection fails?

  • Ensure the toy has a full battery charge and is compatible.

  • Close and reopen the app; accept Bluetooth requests.

  • Turn Bluetooth off and on in your device's settings.

  • Close other devices connected to the toy.

  • Avoid selecting Guest Access before connection.

  • Restart your device or reinstall the app if issues persist.
