多年来,社会教导我们那些日子是禁区、不洁或令人反感的。但事实是,你的身体不会因为有血而停止性感。事实上,对许多人来说,月经期间的日子甚至可能更愉悦。

所以,让我们来谈谈围绕月经的一些常见误解——并彻底打破它们。因为快乐不需要暂停。



1. 这很恶心且不卫生。

简单来说:不是这样的。

月经只是一个自然过程:你的身体每个月排出的血液、组织和液体。它没有任何肮脏之处,当然也没有什么可羞耻的。

如果你担心清理问题,可以试着用深色毛巾或一条不介意弄脏的旧毯子放在下面保护。你也可以选择在淋浴时进行性行为,或者尝试月经盘,它甚至允许穿透而不漏液。

 

2. 会更痛。

这完全取决于你的身体。
有些人感觉更敏感,而另一些人则相反:性欲增强,快感加深。

在月经期间,血流、自然润滑和敏感度都会上升。如果你达到高潮,身体会释放内啡肽,帮助缓解痉挛并提升心情。换句话说,快感本身就是一种天然的止痛方式。

不过,并非每个人的感受都一样。如果你在月经期间觉得性行为或自慰不舒服,那也完全没问题。你的舒适感永远是第一位的。

 

3. 月经期间不会怀孕。

这是一个经典误区。

虽然怀孕的几率较低,但在月经期间怀孕是可能的。精子在体内可存活长达五天,如果你的周期较短,可能会在月经结束后排卵。

所以如果你不想有意外,照常使用避孕措施——这也有助于预防感染。

 

4. 会引起感染,对健康有害。

月经期间的性行为并不有害,但确实需要多加注意。
此时子宫颈稍微开放,细菌更容易进入。
