If you've purchased an app-controlled SVAKOM toy, you may be wondering whether to use the SVAKOM App or KooSync.
Both platforms let you connect to compatible toys, but they're designed for slightly different experiences. While the SVAKOM App focuses on intuitive toy control and long-distance connection, KooSync expands what's possible with interactive content, media synchronization, and multi-device connectivity.
This guide explains the differences so you can choose the platform that best suits the way you play.
🎉 Good news: Compatible SVAKOM toys work with both apps, so you can switch between them whenever you like.
What Is the SVAKOM App?
The SVAKOM App is our official companion app for compatible SVAKOM toys, giving you intuitive control over your favourite features from your phone. Whether you're customizing vibration patterns, exploring preset modes, or connecting with a partner from anywhere in the world, it's designed to make connected pleasure simple.
With the SVAKOM App, users can:
Connect and control compatible toys via Bluetooth
Explore preset stimulation modes
Create and save custom patterns
Use Touch Mode to draw personalized experiences
Sync stimulation to music or environmental sounds
Connect with a partner for long-distance play
Communicate through chat, voice, and video features
For many users, the SVAKOM App provides everything needed for intuitive toy control, customization, and partner connection.
What Is KooSync?
KooSync builds on everything users love about the SVAKOM App while introducing a richer interactive experience.
Beyond toy control, KooSync lets you synchronize compatible SVAKOM and/or Kaotik Labs devices with interactive videos, connect multiple toys at once, and explore a growing ecosystem of immersive content across mobile and desktop.
With KooSync, users can:
Control compatible toys through Bluetooth
Use Preset, Touch, Music, Sound, and Custom Modes
Watch interactive videos directly within the app
Sync toys to interactive content on mobile or desktop
Connect up to five compatible SVAKOM and/or Kaotik Labs devices simultaneously
Explore interactive experiences through dedicated media and interactive content sections
Manage profiles, saved modes, and settings from one platform
KooSync was created for users who want to explore a broader connected ecosystem and more immersive interactive experiences.
Why Was KooSync Introduced?
As pleasure technology continues to evolve, many users are looking for more ways to connect their devices to interactive content and shared experiences.
KooSync was introduced to support these evolving experiences by combining toy control with interactive media, desktop integration, multi-device connectivity, and future platform innovations.
Rather than replacing the SVAKOM App, KooSync expands the ways compatible toys can be enjoyed.
Today, users can choose the platform that best suits the type of experience they're looking for.
Which App Should You Use?
The answer depends on how you like to play.
If you're looking for straightforward toy control, customization, and long-distance partner connection, the SVAKOM App is an excellent choice.
If you'd like to explore interactive video synchronization, media content, multi-device connectivity, and a broader interactive ecosystem, KooSync may be the better fit.
