The fluid itself doesn’t carry that information. White discharge alone can’t tell you whether someone had sex, with whom, or when. For most people it’s just the vagina doing its regular clean-up job, and the amount and texture shift with the cycle and hormones.
Quick answer: White discharge by itself doesn’t show that someone cheated or had recent sex. It’s usually normal self-cleaning fluid.
