Svakom App Guide

The SVAKOM App gives you even more control, freedom, and creativity with compatible toys. Whether solo or with a partner, nearby or far away, the app makes play more personal.

1. Check compatibility

Ensure the SVAKOM toy and smart device are compatible with the SVAKOM App.
Compatible toys are indicated by the ‘APP CONTROL’ icon on the packaging. Devices must have an operating system of iOS 12.0 and up, or Android 8.0 and up.

2. Download the SVAKOM App

Download the SVAKOM App to a smart device via the App Store, Google Play, or the 'Download' button on the top right-hand side of this current guide.

3. Connect your SVAKOM toy

Getting started is easy—just follow these steps to connect your toy to the app:

• Turn on Bluetooth on your smart device
  
  

• Open the SVAKOM App
  
  

• Turn on your toy
  
  

• Tap ‘Play Now’ to connect automatically 

4. Explore the Home screen

Once connected, the Home screen gives you quick access to everything the app offers. Let's cover what you can expect to find in each section:

5. Choose how you play

All app-controlled toys have ‘Preset Mode’ and ‘Remote Mode’.
Depending on your toy, you’ll see some or all of these modes:

• Preset Mode: Tap into ready-to-go, built-in patterns
  
  
• Remote Mode: Let a partner take control from anywhere
  
  
• Custom Mode: Combine different patterns in your own way
  
  
• Music Mode: Sync toys with your favorite songs
  
  
• Sound Mode: Let your toy react to your surroundings
  
  
• Touch Mode: Draw your pleasure path!

6. Preset Mode

1. Press on any preset mode to start play
2. If there is an intensity slider, move it left to decrease or right to increase the intensity
3. To pause the mode, press
4. To resume the last mode used, press  
5. To use modes in random order, press 

7. Remote Mode

1. Ensure your partner has downloaded the SVAKOM App to a compatible smart device
2. Press ‘Create Room’
3. Enter a room name and press ‘Confirm’
4. Press ‘Share room ID’ and select how to send the ID to your partner. You can also share the ID once inside the room by pressing  
5. Ask your partner to open the app, press ‘Long-distance Control’, then ‘Join Room’, then enter the ID, and ‘Confirm’
6. Now your partner can control your toy!
7. Inside the room, you can also interact with each other via the following buttons: ‘Video Call’, ‘Send Message’, and ‘Real-time Experience’ 
8. To stop interacting or sharing control, or to leave the room, press < in the screen top left, then ‘Confirm’

8. Touch Mode

1. Press ‘START/STOP’ to start play
2. Use your finger to draw your mode on the screen
3. When you’ve finished drawing, press ‘START/STOP’
4. To save your mode, enter its name and press ‘Confirm’. To discard, press ‘Cancel’
5. To access your saved modes, press ‘Custom Modes’ then the ‘My Modes’ tab
6. To delete a saved mode, press then ‘Confirm’
7. To increase the intensity, press ‘Boost Mode’. To turn off boost, press it again

9. Custom Mode

1. To create your mode, press five preset modes in succession
2. To delete a mode, press ‘Undo’
3. When the status reaches 100%, save your mode. Enter its name and press ‘Confirm’. The mode will play out. To discard, press ‘Cancel’
4. Your saved modes appear under ‘My Modes’
5. To start or pause a saved mode, press or  
6. To change the intensity, move the slider left to decrease or right to increase
7. To delete a saved mode, press then ‘Confirm’

10. Music Mode

1. To sync your toy to a soundtrack, use the tracks included with the app or mp3 files saved on your smart device
2. Only mp3 files can be used with the app
3. Press ‘View music library' to select a track 
4. Select the track to sync your toy to
5. To start or pause the toy and track, press or
6. To select the previous or next track, press  or  
7. For instructions on how to upload mp3 files to your smart device please refer to the relevant user guide at support.apple.com or support.google.com

11. Sound Mode

1. To sync your toy to environmental sounds, press. To stop, press it again
2. To change your smart device’s microphone sensitivity, move the slider to decrease or right to increase

12. Having trouble connecting your toys?

How do I connect my SVAKOM toy to the SVAKOM App?

• Activate Bluetooth on your smart device
  
  
• Open the SVAKOM App and accept any permission requests
  
  
• Turn on your SVAKOM toy
  
  
• The app will automatically connect to your toy

What should I do if my SVAKOM toy doesn’t connect to my smart device? 

• Make sure your toy is charged and turned on
  
  
• Ensure Bluetooth is enabled
  
  
• Restart the app if needed
  
  
• Accept all permission requests
