How to Register Your Product
Create or log in to your SVAKOM account (click the login icon at the top right corner of this site or click here).
Complete the Product Registration & Warranty Claim form at the bottom of this page.
Tip: Keep your original purchase invoice and the product’s serial number (found on the packaging, usually above the barcode) handy—they’re required for warranty coverage.
*Accessories such as sleeves, charging cables, lifestyle products, and any other point-of-sale (POS) items not included.
Your Coverage with SVAKOM
2-Year Warranty
All SVAKOM products include a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects starting from the date of purchase. If your toy develops an issue within this period and your claim is eligible, we’ll repair or replace it for you.
10-Year Quality Guarantee
We also offer a 10-year quality guarantee starting from your purchase date. If your product shows damage or a decline in functionality after the initial 2-year warranty, you’ll receive a 50% discount on your next purchase via our official website.
Important Note
Our warranty and guarantee cover manufacturing defects only. They do not cover damage caused by misuse or negligence, including but not limited to:
- Using non–water-based lubricants - Incorrect cleaning - Submerging non-waterproof products - Attempting to disassemble the product
Please note: Accessories such as sleeves, charging cables, lifestyle products, and other point-of-sale (POS) items arenot covered under the warranty or guarantee.
Coverage applies only to products purchased directly from www.svakom.com or from our official retailers (online or offline). Purchases from unauthorized sellers are not eligible.

The serial number can be found on your product packaging and is usually printed above the barcode. For example:

Before Making Your Warranty Claim
Trouble with your sex toys? Let's troubleshoot:
1. Make sure your toy is fully charged using the original charging cable and a compatible power source.
2. If your product has a travel lock, ensure it is unlocked.
3. If your toy still doesn’t charge or turn on after a full charge, you may be eligible to make a warranty claim.
