Cleaning and storage

Before and after each use, clean Sam Neo 2 or Sam Neo 2 Pro. Remove the sleeve from the case and wash the sleeve with toy cleaner or mild, unscented soap and fresh warm water less than 45°C/113°F. Then, rinse the sleeve with fresh warm water. Finally, allow it to air dry.

To clean the case, spray toy cleaner onto a clean lint-free towel or soft cloth and wipe the surfaces, avoiding the charging points and interior of the device. Remove any residue and allow it to air dry. Ensure the sleeve and case are completely dry before reassembling.

To prevent product damage, ensure no water contacts the charging points, battery compartment or interior of the case, and do not submerge the case in water because it is not waterproof.

Store your masturbator in a clean, cool and dry place. Be aware that moisture can damage the batteries and motor, and that the product should be kept away from direct sunlight and long-time exposure to high temperatures.

Sexologist tip: You can learn more about sex toy water-resistance ratings in our handy guide here. Learn all you need to know about identifying, using and cleaning sex toys, whether they're non-waterproof, splashproof, water-resistant or waterproof.

Compatible lubricant

Using compatible lubricant with the Sam Neo 2 Series will enhance your sensations by reducing friction and increasing glide. The only safe lubricant to use with this masturbator is water-based.

Do not use Sam Neo 2 or Sam Neo 2 Pro with silicone-based lubricant, oils, or lotions as this may damage the materials. Do not use massage oil or hand cream as lubricant because this can lead to irritation and/or infection.

When ready to play, insert some water-based lube into the Sam Neo 2 or Sam Neo 2 Pro sleeve or on your penis. Slide your shaft into the sleeve, turn your sex toy on and explore the settings.

If you have Sam Neo 2 Pro, you might like to activate the heating function in advance so it’s warm for your entry.

After your session

Whether you’ve enjoyed Sam Neo 2 or the Pro version solo, with a long-distance partner, your favorite adult video content or your webcam audience, ensure you properly clean your masturbator, recharge if needed and store it appropriately. As Sam or Sam Neo 2 Pro have a rest, let your positive experience stay with you until next time.
