When my Pulse Pure originally kicked the bucket, I was devastated seeing they would be discontinued. It was my favorite, and I quickly found a seller that still had stock. That one broke extremely quickly, in the same way my first did, and I understood why it was being replaced. Woefully, I decided to give the Pulse Lite Neo a shot, and was NOT disappointed. All the issues I had with my pure have been acknowledged and fixed in the neo. It comes apart for cleaning, and un-sticking the suction drum thing if it gets jammed; the exact downfall of both my Pures. They would jam, and I would try to shove my pinkie in to unstick it, which caused it to push too far in and lose the seal. There is no chance of that now that I can actually get in there!
My only disappointment is that I do prefer the size and shape of the pure. I like the chunky size that makes it nice to grind on, and the suction mouth opening hit the pelvis root nicely. But cleanliness and user serviceability is far more important in my opinion than a specific shape.
