Too Tight and the Thrusting Mechanism Couldn’t Move
I bought the Alex Neo 2 because I wanted a portable toy with real automatic movement. Unfortunately, it did not work for me at all. I’m approximately 9 inches long and 5 inches in circumference. Even after using plenty of water-based lubricant and only inserting what the short sleeve could accommodate, it was still too tight. The mechanism couldn’t move, and the sleeve created such a strong vacuum that I became stuck and had difficulty removing it.
I stopped using it because it felt uncomfortable and unsafe. The product may work better for someone smaller, but its size limitations should be explained much more clearly. If you are larger than average, I would not recommend this model.

Overall a great product with a few caveats, biggest being the design flaw where liquid or lube can really drip down the sides of the sleeve and get into the motor unit below and damage it. Other than it being a little tight I thoroughly enjoy using it and it is easier to clean compared to similar products
With the plastic plug in the end of the sleeve, the suction is so strong that it actually strains the motor if you try to keep the machine still. However, despite how it looks, the plug isn't necessary for function, so if you remove it you get less suction and much more consistant and pleasureable strokes (there definitely IS such a thing as too tight).
I wish there was a better sleeve though. It's a very rigid sleeve on the outside, which impact how it strokes. The moment I figure out how to rig one of my other sleeves to this thing it when I reach heaven.
