Yes. Before engraving, our team will carefully review your submitted text and placement details to ensure everything is correctly prepared. We'll only proceed with production after confirming the engraving information.
When will my personalized product be shipped?
Personalized engraved products require additional preparation time. They are usually processed and shipped within 10 days after purchase. Please allow extra time for customization before your order is shipped.
Can I return or exchange a personalized engraved product?
Since each engraved product is uniquely customized for you, personalized items cannot be returned after production. However, if there is a quality-related issue with your engraved product, we will be happy to assist with a replacement.
