Quick answer: Use water-based lubricant on the penis and inside the sleeve. Start with a shallow insertion and increase the depth gradually as needed. For automatic models, begin with the lowest setting and increase the intensity only when you're comfortable. After use, wash the sleeve thoroughly and wipe the hard housing with a damp cloth. Do not soak the electronic parts.

Sam Neo 2 — current suction
Sam Neo 2combines suction and vibration with a stronger motor and Extended O, which provides a lower-intensity setting. It does not include the heating rod found on Sam Neo 2 Pro.
Sam Neo 2 Procombines the suction and vibration of Sam Neo 2 with a heating rod for the sleeve. If you use the heating function, allow the sleeve to warm up gradually and adjust the motor and heat settings separately to find a comfortable level.
Alex Neo 2 automatically moves the sleeve to create a thrusting motion. Apply enough water-based lubricant before use and start with a shorter stroke or lower setting. Increase the movement gradually rather than starting at the maximum range.
Hannes Neo — throbbing and warmth
Hannes Neo combines a gripping, throbbing sensation with sleeve heating. Allow the sleeve to warm gradually before increasing the intensity. If the combination of heat and stimulation feels too strong, reduce one setting at a time until you find a comfortable level.
Replace a sleeve when it feels sticky, torn, or too loose. Do not mix sleeve types. Sam-series sleeves are not compatible with Hannes Neo.
How to Clean and Store Your SVAKOM Masturbator
