Quick answer: Use water-based lubricant on the penis and inside the sleeve. Start with a shallow insertion and increase the depth gradually as needed. Sam Neo 2combines suction and vibration with a stronger motor and Extended O, which provides a lower-intensity setting. It does not include the heating rod found on Sam Neo 2 Pro.
Sam Neo 2 Procombines the suction and vibration of Sam Neo 2 with a heating rod for the sleeve. If you use the heating function, allow the sleeve to warm up gradually and adjust the motor and heat settings separately to find a comfortable level.
Alex Neo 2 automatically moves the sleeve to create a thrusting motion. Apply enough water-based lubricant before use and start with a shorter stroke or lower setting. Increase the movement gradually rather than starting at the maximum range.
Hannes Neo — throbbing and warmth
Hannes Neo combines a gripping, throbbing sensation with sleeve heating. Allow the sleeve to warm gradually before increasing the intensity. If the combination of heat and stimulation feels too strong, reduce one setting at a time until you find a comfortable level.
