SVAKOM Masturbators: How to Choose, Use, and Clean Them
by Vanessa Rose
Choosing a masturbator is not just about how much stimulation it provides. Different SVAKOM models use different types of movement, including manual stroking, vibration, suction, thrusting, and heat. The right choice depends on the kind of sensation and level of control you prefer.
This guide covers the current SVAKOM male masturbators collection including how they differ, how to use them, and how to clean and store them. If you are mainly looking for advice on pacing, edging, or improving your masturbation routine, see our guide to male masturbation tips.
Quick answer: Use water-based lubricant on the penis and inside the sleeve. Start with a shallow insertion and increase the depth gradually as needed. For automatic models, begin with the lowest setting and increase the intensity only when you're comfortable. After use, wash the sleeve thoroughly and wipe the hard housing with a damp cloth. Do not soak the electronic parts.
How to Use a SVAKOM Masturbator
Charge automatic models fully before the first use.
Apply water-based lubricant to the penis and the inside of the sleeve.
Insert slowly. If the sleeve feels too tight or starts to grip, add more lubricant rather than forcing it.
With a manual sleeve, move the sleeve or your hips at a comfortable pace rather than trying to move both quickly.
With an automatic toy, start with the lowest setting and increase the intensity gradually.
Do not use these sleeves anally. They are not designed for anal use and do not have a flared base.
The first-generation Alex Neo is the older thrusting model and is listed as sold out. If you want thrust, use Alex Neo 2. Replacement sleeves are not extra toys; they are listed after the models.
Hedy X — manual textures
Hedy Xcomes with five stretchy sleeves, each offering a different texture. Use a sleeve as a manual stroker or over your fingers for external stimulation. Apply water-based lubricant before use and add more as needed.
After use, wash the sleeve with mild soap and warm water, rinse thoroughly, and allow it to dry completely before storing it. Texture details and step-by-step instructions are covered inHedy X: Your Egg-Citing New Pleasure Partner.
Robin — compact vibration
Robin is a compact automatic masturbator with vibration and a boost function. It does not use suction or automatic thrusting. Apply lubricant to the sleeve, insert slowly, and start with a low setting before trying the boost function.
Sam Neo — original suction
Sam Neocombines suction and vibration and remains part of the SVAKOM masturbator collection. The basic setup is the same as with the later Sam models: apply lubricant, start shallow, and begin with a low setting.
Button functions, charging, and app setup are covered inHow to Use SVAKOM Sam Neo. If you are comparing the different Sam models, the sections below explain how Sam Neo 2 and Sam Neo 2 Pro differ.
Sam Neo 2 — current suction
Sam Neo 2combines suction and vibration with a stronger motor and Extended O, which provides a lower-intensity setting. It does not include the heating rod found on Sam Neo 2 Pro.
Sam Neo 2 Procombines the suction and vibration of Sam Neo 2 with a heating rod for the sleeve. If you use the heating function, allow the sleeve to warm up gradually and adjust the motor and heat settings separately to find a comfortable level.
Alex Neo 2 automatically moves the sleeve to create a thrusting motion. Apply enough water-based lubricant before use and start with a shorter stroke or lower setting. Increase the movement gradually rather than starting at the maximum range.
Hannes Neo — throbbing and warmth
Hannes Neo combines a gripping, throbbing sensation with sleeve heating. Allow the sleeve to warm gradually before increasing the intensity. If the combination of heat and stimulation feels too strong, reduce one setting at a time until you find a comfortable level.
Replace a sleeve when it feels sticky, torn, or too loose. Do not mix sleeve types. Sam-series sleeves are not compatible with Hannes Neo.
How to Clean and Store Your SVAKOM Masturbator
Remove the sleeve when the design allows it.
Wash the sleeve with mild soap and warm water, then rinse thoroughly.
Allow the sleeve to air-dry completely before storing it.
Wipe the hard housing with a damp cloth. Do not immerse electronic components in water.
Store the sleeve in a cool, dry place, separately from other TPE products to help prevent material damage or discoloration.
SVAKOM App and KooSync
Compatible models can connect to the SVAKOM App for customized settings and long-distance control. For connection and setup instructions, see How to Use the SVAKOM App.
If you want to sync compatible toy movements with interactive video, KooSync provides a separate video-synchronization experience. See the KooSync Appfor more information.
Both features are optional. You can use a SVAKOM masturbator manually without app control or video synchronization.
What This Guide Does Not Cover
Prostate-focused products such as Vick and Iker are a separate category from masturbator sleeves. For information about perineum or prostate stimulation, see our dedicated guides.
Pulse-style external stimulators are also covered separately and are not included in this masturbator guide.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which SVAKOM masturbators are currently available?
The current collection includes Hedy X, Robin, Sam Neo, Sam Neo 2, Sam Neo 2 Pro, Alex Neo 2, and Hannes Neo. Alex Neo is an older thrusting model and is currently sold out. Replacement sleeves are listed separately and are not counted as individual masturbators.
How do you use a SVAKOM masturbator?
Apply water-based lube inside the sleeve and on the penis, insert slowly, and start on the lowest setting if the toy is automatic. Wash the sleeve after use.
What's the difference between Sam Neo, Sam Neo 2, and Sam Neo 2 Pro?
Sam Neo is the original suction-and-vibration unit. Sam Neo 2 is the current stronger version with Extended O. Sam Neo 2 Pro adds sleeve heating. Same cleaning rules for all three. See the Sam Neo guide and the Sam Neo 2 beginner guide for buttons and charging.
What's the difference between a manual sleeve and an automatic masturbator?
A manual sleeve gives you direct control over the movement, pressure, and pace. An automatic masturbator uses a motor to provide one or more types of stimulation, such as vibration, suction, thrusting, or heat. Hedy X is a manual option, while Robin, the Sam series, Alex Neo 2, and Hannes Neo use different forms of motorized stimulation.
What lubricant should I use with SVAKOM masturbators?
Water-based lubricant. It works with TPE sleeves. Add more if the sleeve starts to grip.

Self-pleasure is so often reduced to an outcome — a technique, an orgasm, a box to check. But it can be something far more meaningful: a homecoming to your own body and sensations. In this personal and insightful piece, Sexological Bodyworker Johanna Debes explores why so many women lose touch with their desire, how self-pleasure rebuilds body knowledge and confidence, and why approaching it with curiosity instead of pressure changes everything.
